How To Measure Your Hood...

   By clicking the icon to the right, you can download the masurement spreadsheet that you will need to fill in. If further instructions are needed,

click the "Instruction Guide to Hood Measurements Worksheet" link to the left.  Follow the directions on the instruction guide to properly measure

your exhaust hood and record the measurements on the measurements spreadsheet.  

   After you have completed and saved the measurements on the measurements spreadsheet, you are then ready to transmit the file to Ellis Fibre USA.

Sending Method Options:

  1. Email the completed  electronic excel spreadsheet to info@efusa.net

  2. Scan the hard copy of the completed spreadsheet  and email it to info@efusa.net

  3. Fax the completed form to 888-594-0063.
